I'm the founder of Polemann Group, and a trusted advisor to automotive, mobility and motorsport companies that rely on my planning and coordination expertise to deliver their most demanding projects.
Before launching my own ventures, I specialised as an Aerodynamic Design Engineer with two elite F1 teams — Scuderia Ferrari and Mercedes AMG Petronas. In 2018 I joined Toyota Motorsport (TMG / TGR) as Senior Project Coordinator, and have since been part of programmes that won three 24 Hours of Le Mans, two World Rally Championship titles and four FIA World Endurance Championship titles.
